For companies
What does it cost in total?
$39.99 for the first 500 companies, then $199.99, paid once in USDC, USDT or SOL on Solana. When you launch, you also put SOL into your token's trading pool. We recommend $1,000 to $10,000 worth. That SOL stays in the pool forever: nobody can take it out, including you and us. Launching also takes a little extra SOL for Raydium's pool creation fee, account rent and network fees; the launch page tells you if your wallet holds too little.
How and when do I get paid?
A 1% fee is taken on every transfer of your token. VeritMint collects it and credits your company's share to your VeritMint balance every month, in your own token. You cash it out to your own wallet from your dashboard, at least 7 days apart, for a fee of 5%, 2.5% or 1%: lower the longer you wait. The token's 1% transfer fee also applies to the cash-out. Every payout and cash-out is visible onchain and in your dashboard. You can hold the tokens, use them for your community or sell them. Income depends on trading: when nobody trades, there are no fees.
I have never used crypto. Can I still do this?
Yes. You need a Solana wallet app such as Phantom, which is free to set up, some USDC, USDT or SOL to pay and some SOL for your pool. USDC is a digital dollar; SOL is the currency of Solana. We prepare every step and you approve it in your wallet.
How much work is it?
Creating an account takes a minute. Most of the time goes into your company details and documents, so have your register extract, shareholder register and proof of address ready. The ID and face check takes a few minutes on your phone or computer. Launching is a few approvals in your wallet.
Is this legal for my company? What about tax?
Rules for tokens differ per country and can change. Your token gives holders no ownership, voting rights or share of profits. Check with your own legal and tax adviser how a token and the fees you receive are treated where you are based. This is general information, not legal or tax advice.
What if the price drops? Does that hurt my brand?
The price is set only by trading and can go down, including to zero. You cannot control it, and you should never promise buyers it will rise. Your token page always shows that your company is verified, so buyers know who is behind it.
What is fixed after launch?
The name, the ticker and the 1% fee are fixed, minting stays off and the pool cannot be withdrawn. Your founder tokens stay locked until the date you chose. Check everything before you launch.
How long does the review take?
Reviews start right after payment and go in order of payment. We aim to review within 72 hours of payment. If we need more information, we ask you and continue once you reply. VeritMint goes live on Monday 9 November 2026 at 10:00 UTC. Token launches are then announced company by company; once verified, you can prepare your token before then.
Do I get my money back if my company is not approved?
If we reject your company, or you withdraw your application, within 14 days of payment, we refund 80% of the fee you paid to the wallet you paid from. To withdraw, email us within 14 days of payment. After 14 days there is no refund. If you paid twice by mistake, we refund the extra payment in full.
Is a DEX Screener profile included?
Your token's chart appears on DEX Screener automatically once the pool is live. Paid DEX Screener profiles, ads and boosts are not included.
Does the 1% fee apply to every transfer?
Yes. It applies to every transfer of your token: buys, sells and moving tokens between wallets. It is built into the token and nobody can switch it off or change it.
Does VeritMint hold my keys or my tokens?
VeritMint never holds your wallet keys. You launch from your own wallet and sign every step. VeritMint does hold one permission on your token: collecting the 1% fee. It keeps your share of the collected fees in a VeritMint-owned account for your token until you cash it out. It cannot mint, freeze, change the fee or move tokens in anyone's wallet.
Which countries can apply?
Companies from any country with a public company register can apply. Companies from sanctioned jurisdictions cannot.
For buyers & viewers
Does a token give me ownership or a share of profits?
No. It gives you no ownership, no voting rights and no share of profits, and VeritMint does not recommend trading any token. Its price is set only by trading and can fall to zero. Only use money you can afford to lose.
How long are founder tokens locked?
The founder chooses, from one month up to ten years. The lock is onchain, and its end date is on the token page.
What happens if a founder sells their tokens?
Founder tokens are locked onchain, so they cannot be sold before the unlock date. After that date they can. If a company breaks our terms, we remove its Verified status and say so on its page. The token keeps trading on Raydium; VeritMint cannot stop that.
Does VeritMint own any of the tokens?
Yes. VeritMint receives 2.5% of every token's supply, which is not locked, and part of the fees, collected in the token itself. VeritMint may sell them.
What is a viewer account? Does it cost anything?
It is a free account that lets you read the full verification report behind every verified token. Without an account you see the company name and the Verified badge. You can create one or log in.
What does Verified mean, and what does it not mean?
Verified means VeritMint checked that the company exists in a public register, that the person who applied passed an ID and face check, and that the listed directors and owners were screened against sanctions lists. It does not mean the token has value, that the business is doing well or that the price will hold. Verification covers identity and token setup only.
How do I see the verification report?
Log in with a viewer account and open the company's token page. The report lists every check and the date it was done. A company can change after that date, so look at the dates.
How do I buy a token?
VeritMint does not run a trading venue. Once a token has launched, its page shows the contract address, and you trade it on other platforms, for example through a Solana wallet app or a DEX aggregator. Copy the address from the token page and check it matches before you trade.
What does a normal trade cost?
Every transfer of a token carries a 1% fee that is built into the token, including moving it between your own wallets. The trading pool also charges its own trading fee on top. Check the token page for the pool before you trade.
What is the fair launch round?
It is how we plan to run launches: viewers can join a round before the public opening, so you get early access. Everyone in the round pays the same price, so being fast does not help. It is not live yet and comes with the first launches.
Who can join a launch round, and what are the limits?
Planned rules: a VeritMint account with a confirmed email that is at least 48 hours old when the round opens, one wallet linked to your account, and a maximum amount per wallet. Tokens from the round unlock over a few days instead of all at once. Final limits are shown on each company page.
What does the launch round cost?
Planned: about 3.5% in total. That is the pool fee of 1.5% plus the 1% transfer fee, which applies twice in the round. Early access means access before the public opening. It does not mean a better price later, and the price can fall.
What are the risks?
You can lose all the value of what you buy. A token gives no ownership, voting rights or share of profits, and its price is set only by trading. Only use money you can afford to lose. Read the risk statement first.
What happens if a company loses Verified?
We remove the badge and say so on its page, for example when information turns out to be false or the company breaks our terms. The token keeps trading on its pool, because VeritMint cannot stop that. Its price can fall.
How do I report a concern about a company?
Use the Contact link in the footer and name the company and token. We review reports and may withdraw Verified status if a company breaks our terms.
For partners
What is a partner?
A partner refers companies to VeritMint with a personal referral link. It is a separate account type called the referral program. Partners do not trade or launch tokens through it.
How does a partner earn?
When a company you referred launches a token, you receive 3% of that token's trading fees. That is 10% of VeritMint's share of the fees. It is paid in that company's token. If nobody trades, there are no fees and nothing to pay.
How and when are partners paid?
Payouts are monthly, in the token of each company you referred, sent to your payout wallet. The token's 1% transfer fee applies to the transfer. Every payout is visible onchain and in your partner portal. If you add your wallet later, you receive what you missed.
What happens if a company I referred loses Verified?
We hold your share from that company for 90 days. If we restore its Verified status in that time, you are paid everything held. If not, VeritMint keeps it, and your share of that company's later fees while its status stays withdrawn.
What may a partner promise?
Describe VeritMint accurately: it verifies companies and launches their tokens. Never promise a price rise, returns or income to a company or to anyone buying a token. Fees depend on trading, and trading can stop.
How do I become a partner?
Join the referral program or log in, claim a referral code and set your payout wallet in the partner portal. Today the portal shows your link, the number of companies referred and your payouts. You do not see which companies they are.
