Risk Statement

Draft, version 2026-10-20-draft. The final text follows legal review before 9 November 2026. If it changes, we ask you to accept it again.

Tokens are very high risk. Their price is set by trading alone and can fall to zero. Anyone who buys a token can lose everything they put in.

  • A token gives no ownership in the company, no voting rights and no share of profits.
  • Verification shows who is behind a token. It says nothing about what the token is worth.
  • After the founder lock ends, the founder can sell. That can lower the price.
  • VeritMint receives 2.5% of every token's supply. These tokens are not locked, and VeritMint may sell them.
  • A 1% fee is taken on every transfer of a token, including moves between your own wallets and to an exchange, on top of the trading platform's own fee.
  • The company's income from the transfer fee depends on trading volume, which can drop to almost nothing.
  • If a company loses its Verified status, its token keeps trading on other platforms. VeritMint cannot stop that.
  • Solana, the launchpad programs and wallets can have outages or bugs.
  • Rules for tokens differ per country and can change.

What Verified means

Verified means VeritMint checked the company behind a token before it could launch. The date on the token page shows when. A company can change after that date.

What we check:

  • The company exists in a public company register, using the register extract the company uploads.
  • The person who applies passed an ID document check and a face check, done by our verification provider.
  • The directors and owners the company lists are screened by name against sanctions, PEP and watch lists.
  • The company paid from the wallet it registered, which shows that the company controls that wallet.

What we do not check:

  • The identity documents of directors and owners other than the applicant.
  • Who owns the company's website or social media accounts.
  • Whether the business is doing well, or what the token is worth.

Visitors see the company name and the Verified badge. The full verification report is for logged-in users. We may withdraw a Verified status if information turns out to be false or the company breaks our terms.

For companies: your share of the fees stays in a VeritMint-owned account until you cash it out. Until then you depend on VeritMint to carry out your cash-out.

Tokens are high risk and can lose all their value. A VeritMint verification is not a recommendation to buy, and nothing on this site is investment advice.
