Terms of Service

Draft, version 2026-10-20-draft. The final text follows legal review before 9 November 2026. If it changes, we ask you to accept it again.

1. What VeritMint does

VeritMint verifies companies and lets verified companies launch a token on Solana. Trading does not take place on VeritMint, but on third-party platforms that list the token. Verification confirms who is behind a token. It is not an opinion on the token, its value or the business.

2. Your account

You provide true, complete and current information about yourself and the company, and keep it up to date. You may act for the company only if you are a director, an owner of 25% or more, or hold a signed letter of authority.

3. Verification

Reviews start right after payment, in order of payment. We aim to review within 72 hours of payment. VeritMint goes live on Monday 9 November 2026 at 10:00 UTC; token launches are then announced company by company. If we need more information, we ask you for it and the review continues once we have it. We decide whether a company is verified. We may withdraw a verified status at any time if information turns out to be false or if the company breaks these terms, and we say so on the public profile.

4. Price and refunds

The fee is paid once, in USDC, USDT or SOL on Solana, from the company wallet. A payment in SOL is the price in US dollars at the SOL price when the payment request is made. If we reject your company, or you withdraw your application, within 14 days of payment, we refund 80% of the fee you paid to the wallet you paid from. To withdraw, email support@veritmint.com within 14 days of payment. After 14 days there is no refund. If you paid twice by mistake, we refund the extra payment in full.

Directors and owners you add or change after payment (for example when we ask for more information) are screened at no extra cost.

5. Launch and the transfer fee

A verified company launches its token from its own wallet. Minting is disabled at launch. The founder chooses how long the founder tokens stay locked, from one month to ten years; the lock is onchain and public. VeritMint receives 2.5% of the supply; these tokens are not locked.

Every transfer of the token carries a 1% fee, fixed at launch: nobody, including VeritMint, can change it. The fee is collected onchain in the token itself. Only VeritMint can withdraw the collected fees. Every month VeritMint credits the company's share, as shown in your dashboard, to the company's VeritMint balance, in the company's own token. The balance is kept in a token account owned by VeritMint, one for each token, and is visible onchain.

The company cashes out its whole balance to its registered wallet from its dashboard. Cash-outs are at least 7 days apart (the first: 7 days after the first credit). VeritMint keeps a cash-out fee that depends on the time since the previous cash-out: 5% after at least 7 days, 2.5% after at least 30 days and 1% after at least 90 days. The fee is fixed when the company requests the cash-out. The token's own 1% transfer fee applies to the transfer to the company. VeritMint checks every request and carries it out by hand, and may refuse it with a reason, for example when the registered wallet needs checking. Every cash-out is visible onchain.

If we withdraw the company's verified status, we keep collecting the fees but stop paying them out. From the day of the withdrawal we hold the company's share, and the share of the partner who referred the company, for 90 days. Cash-outs from the company's VeritMint balance are paused for those 90 days. If we restore the verified status within them, everything held is credited to the balance with the next monthly payout, and cash-outs open again. If we do not, VeritMint also keeps the balance. If we do not, VeritMint keeps the held amount, and also the shares of fees collected after those 90 days for as long as the status stays withdrawn. Amounts kept this way are not paid out later, even if the status is restored afterwards.

6. Keys and fees

VeritMint never holds the keys of your company wallet. You approve every transaction yourself. VeritMint does hold the permission to withdraw the collected fees of every token launched through it. It holds the collected fees until the monthly payout, and the company's share in the company's VeritMint balance until the company cashes it out.

7. No investment advice

A token gives no ownership, voting rights or share of profits. VeritMint does not promote tokens to buyers and gives no investment advice.

VeritMint

Every company is verified before its token goes live on Solana.

Tokens are high risk and can lose all their value. A VeritMint verification is not a recommendation to buy, and nothing on this site is investment advice.
